PROGRAM DAPA will stop and/ or prevent deportation to those who apply for DAPA benefits

DAPA GUIDELINES You may request consideration of deferred action for parental accountability arrivals if you:

1) Are the parent of a child born in the United States on or before November 20, 2014 and who is a U.S. citizen or green card holder

2) Have continuously resided in the United States since January 1, 2010, up to the present time

3) Pass the security and criminal background checks

4) Were physically present in the United States on November 20, 2014, and at the time of making your request for consideration of deferred action with USCIS
