5.0 out of 5 stars: Most intriguing in which it had me wanting to just continue reading and reading and reading

James, this was just such an incredible read that i had a hard time walking away from it to attend to my responsibilities. i must say that i now have a complete understanding of your mistrust for people.

Although this was well written there are several places where a word may have been left out making it a bit tricky to finish a sentence. if i am remembering correctly a few in chapter 7 and 1 or 2 in the last chapter or next to the last chapter. you may want it proof read before sending it for final print. im up in the air about having to read it thru a kindle app, when it came to continuing reading from where I left off.

all and all it was well worth the dollar needed to access it. thank you, MARK

5.0 out of 5 stars: A dreamer's reality.

James' way of taking you on a journey through his life reflects the title, A Glass Thread. A fascinating journey of how one person can figure out their passion and make it their reality through all the barriers of life. Got a dream? Worth a read

His thread started with the wire (electric) that his father began mastering. and then on, you keep unrolling the thread, and discover at each turn a new twist in his life, a new connection. Glass is made of a goeey material, and so many ingredients and colors enter in its composition. Life is also made (sorry for the cliche) of so many intertwined evens, and you may understand, you will understand what made James Stone. Through the meanders and the turns of the road that he followed and endured, he became a Mensch", a singer, an artist. Please read it through.

Much like James Stone's beautiful artwork, his "fictionalized story" is full of color and fascination. The heat and cooling of time flows as stories are woven together to make a very interesting read. I'm not sure what is fictionalized, but the fact is, I thoroughly enjoyed reading this talented man's journey.
Reading The Glass Thread is like traveling through time with James, as he relives the amazing events in his life. James has a very casual, down-to-earth style of storytelling that makes you feel like you’re traveling with a dear friend. Using colorful and accessible language, James takes us on a very personal – and almost unbelievable – journey. Through his stories, James illustrates his belief that everything in our existence is just energy, and everything in this existence is connected through that energy. It’s sometimes amazing how each story ties into another, or how one story wanders off beautifully into the next, repeatedly illustrating the strength of The Glass Thread.

I'm thinking about you always and especially more so as I read on..
I would love to get together soon and catch up, it has been too long. I'm curious as to the progress of the UCSD project?
I will let you know when I'm done reading so you can let me know where (platforms/review sites) you would like me to leave my raving reviews? I know it was in the email but I can't find it. I might have deleted it by accident.
I want to thank you for choosing me to read your fascinating book. I was always an avid reader and love reading but in the past years I haven't made time for it, but reading your book has made me realize how much I miss it, I have you to thank for that!.. much love 😘
